Golf coaching offers a wealth of benefits for children; it can encourage the development of important personal and life skills, including co-operation, concentration, self-motivation and respect. Rules and etiquette are a vital part of the culture and golf is a sport that can be enjoyed by both boys and girls, regardless of physical fitness.

Mark has taught a tremendous 20000 junior lesson across West Yorkshire with a range of abilities, age ranges and competencies.  Mark boast’s many success stories and there is a waiting list of juniors just waiting for a lesson with Mark due to all of his success. 

Mark Davis offers a wide range of golf lessons for children, including the MD Junior Golf Programme and can also provide fun golf themed birthday parties.

MD Junior Golf Programme

The YMG Junior Golf Programme presents young golf enthusiasts with a range of achievable challenges, a fabulous rewards system and the opportunity to build their self-confidence, both on and off the course. All participants are given a member's learning file, containing information and tips to help solidify their learning.

The programme consists of 9 stages in total, starting at Cadets with an option to continue through each of the stages, up to and including the Masters level.

These excellant golf sessions cover every aspect of golf such as Long Shots, Chipping, Pitching, Bunkers and Putting. These take place on the Brand New Driving Range, Short Game Area and now the Brand New 4 Hole Academy course, which enables the pupils to further their development .

Price - £80 for 8 weeks, consisting of 8 x 1 hour sessions, a cap, a Badge and certificate on completion of each level, unlimited Golf balls and clubs if required.

Junior Golf Lessons

• Junior Individual Lessons - 30 minutes £22.50 *
• Junior Individual Lessons - 1 Hour  £45*
• Group lessons - £80*

*Packages include use of balls, clubs (if required) and teaching technology and software.

Golf Birthday Party

Want to arrange a fun golf themed birthday party for your child? Catering for groups of up to 15 children, packages can include golf tuition, time on the driving range, putting green and course and lots of fun games and competitions.

Golf clubs and balls are provided, all children will receive a goodie bag and you are invited to use the Clubhouse afterwards for a birthday buffet - birthday cakes are also available on request.

School Holiday Golf Camps

Mark also offers Full Day holiday golf camps for children too. Sessions run at (9 am – 3 pm)

Designed for all juniors of mixed abilities, these fabulous half day golf schools cover the essentials needed to build an all round knowledge of the game. The numbers of pupils taught in any one school are limited, and if numbers dictate, the school will be split into two groups of different abilities. Pupils receive both group and individual tuition and will participate in fun competitions, both on the course and on the driving range.

The children will receive a snack and a drink and there are plenty of prizes up for grabs. Mark Davis is a PGA golf professional, fully CRB checked and is committed to providing a fun experience, with full consideration to safety.
